4. Property Listings
Property owners and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All listings must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Kadara reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Engage in spamming or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our platform
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Violate the privacy or rights of other users
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments made through our platform are subject to our verification processes. Subscription fees and featured listing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Property transactions are governed by separate agreements between buyers and sellers.

Kadara is not liable for any disputes between users, property condition, or transaction outcomes. We provide a platform for connection but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of properties listed.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
