Refund Policy

Our policy regarding refunds for various services.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with all services purchased through our platform. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing service usage
  • Duplicate charges
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Service discontinuation by Kadara

3. Featured Listing Fees

Fees for featured property listings are non-refundable once the listing has been published. If your featured listing was not displayed as agreed, please contact us within 7 days.

4. Savings Account

Funds in your savings account can be withdrawn at any time subject to our withdrawal terms. Interest accrued is non-refundable once credited.

5. Wallet Deposits

Deposits to your wallet can be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of deposit, provided the funds have not been used for transactions.

6. Property Transactions

Kadara is not responsible for refunds related to property purchases or rentals. These are governed by separate agreements between buyers and sellers.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@kadara.com with your transaction details and reason for the refund request.
